We are required by law to publish a link to the ODR platform on our website and to provide our email address.

Communication via e-mail can have security gaps. E-mails – unencrypted they are equivalent to sending a postcard – can be intercepted and viewed on their way to us by savvy third party internet users. If we receive an e-mail from you, we may assume that we are entitled to reply by simple e-mail. Otherwise, we must explicitly refer you to another form of communication. In the customer area, especially after “logging in”, we use a secure transmission technique in any case (e.g. connection via SSL encryption), which you can recognize by corresponding browser settings when you enter and leave a secured connection via SSL.
